discussion about supplying services for an LEA:
Do you want LEA staff trained to replace the Consultancy?
Do you want the Consultancy to operate in schools that
you designate?
Do you want a partnership in supporting specific schools?
Do you want training for schools under your umbrella?
What is your funding source? Eg, are schools paying?
Is the provision part of the ‘buy-back’ scheme?
Is the service funded by additional government grant/initiative?
