So, What am I buying?

Stage 1 SMT need to accept and agree with the structure and methodology of this package. A review of current structures and strategies must be completed and an action plan devised. This will include decisions about financial commitment, internal appointment of a Behaviour Coordinator and relationship to current projects, approaches and staffing structure, as well as the next steps. 1 Day with consultant
Stage 2

Presentation of the idea and processes to whole staff Appointment of BeCo (who may be operating across several small schools).
Identify a team, who can also take on Level 1 work

Stage 3

Take BeCo through process as a teacher with concerns about behaviours in a class and guide her as BeCo through the process with a colleague.
Train BeCo (and team) in use of documentation and introduce case studies. Train in support strategies.
Train the whole staff how to use and respond to the Framework

Stage 4 Additional day to support through teething troubles.
6 month review and revitalize.
12 month review and revitalize.
